Heal. Empower.
Educate. Prevent.
We re a non-profit making Community Interest Company (CIC) run by qualified Psychotherapists.
Our mission is to HEAL and EMPOWER survivors of sexual trauma & to EDUCATE to PREVENT future victims of sexual harm and abuse.

Heal to Empower
We provide intensive healing retreats across the UK for those affected by PTSD and Trauma – such as survivors of Sexual Exploitation, Human Trafficking, Childhood Sexual Abuse, Rape, Domestic Abuse, and Grooming Gangs.
Our retreats consist of intensive recovery programmes which include Group Therapy, Bespoke Individual Therapy, and a Somatic Breathwork class to teach better self-regulation. We also provide specialist EMDR Therapy – successfully used by the Armed Forces for treating those with PTSD.
Survivors of trauma have dysregulated nervous systems. We work holistically to help them to recover and HEAL from traumatic events, by calming their nervous systems, reducing shame, and giving them back their power.
Retreats run Monday to Fridays, for up to 8 people. They are held in relaxing, safe environments for the ultimate re-set of mind and body.
Our aim is that attendees will leave as ‘survivors’ who are EMPOWERED to ‘thrive’ rather than just survive.
“Trauma is not what happened to you. It is the wound it left on your body”

Educate to Prevent
We provide workshops to schools and children’s homes nationwide.
The Centre for Expertise on Child Sexual Abuse estimates that 500,000 children are sexually abused every year.
A consequence of children learning about sex from social media and pornography has resulted in rising cases of peer-on-peer abuse.
The NSPCC report that 52% percent of Child Sexual Abuse (CSA) is now being committed by other children – and these numbers are increasing rapidly despite many incidents being unreported.
“Safety and security don’t just happen; they are the result of collective consensus and public investment. We owe our children, the most vulnerable citizens in our society, a life free of violence and fear.”

(Nelson Mandela, former president of South Africa)

Using age-appropriate psychoeducation, we EDUCATE young people to be more aware of sexual dangers. We provide them with tools to develop a better self-worth, empowering them to hold firmer personal boundaries.
Our workshops are presented in a non-judgemental and non-shaming manner. They will EDUCATE and warn about the dangers of pornography, explaining how easy it is to become trapped by a compulsion to pornography. They expose the pressure and expectations that pornography can put on young people, which is what can lead to the sexual coercion of others. They will also warn about the dangers online, focusing on sextortion, which has already claimed the lives of many young people.
Our aim is to PREVENT future sexual abuse and harm to young people living in the UK.
